**SFRC Winter Field Day (WFD) operations will take place on Saturday, January 25th at the San Francisco VA Medical Center on the top deck of Bldg. #211 from 10:00 – 16:00 PST .
Stop by the SFRC WFD operation to check out the operation or take a turn at one of the stations to make some WFD contacts. Go to the #2025-winter-field-day channel at our Slack workspace for more details and maps of the SFRC WFD event area. The event will also include a “foxhunt” competition using vhf/uhf handheld radios to locate a hidden transmitter. Bring your own HT (with directional antenna) or use one of ours.
